또 범죄와 육체의 무할례로 죽었던 너희를 하나님이 그와 함께 살리시고 우리의 모든 죄를 사하시고 우리를 거스르고 불리하게 하는 법조문으로 쓴 증서를 지우시고 제하여 버리사 십자가에 못 박으시고 통치자들과 권세들을 무력화하여 드러내어 구경거리로 삼으시고 십자가로 그들을 이기셨느니라
When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
